Pumpkin Patch White Chocolate Mikshake (makes 2 servings)

Ingredients

  • 200g white chocolate
  • 200g vanilla ice cream
  • 400ml Greyleys Jersey Milk
  • A few drops natural orange food colouring

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate over a bowl of boiling water.
  2. Combine the ice cream and milk in a blender or using a hand whisk and gradually add the chocolate until well mixed.
  3. Add a few drops of orange colouring and mix well.
  4. Pour into individual glasses or bottles decorated with your own designs.
