This Korean coffee drink is a delicious twist on a classic cappuccino. Jersey milk gives it an extra creamy flavour. This coffee can be enjoyed hot or cold.
- 3 tbsp Instant Coffee
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 500ml Greyleys Jersey Milk
- Put the coffee and sugar with 3 tbsp Boiling Water into a bowl
- Whisk for 5 minutes with a hand whisk until it forms soft peaks
- Pour hot or cold milk into 2 cups.
- Top with the coffee mixture. Stir well to enjoy
