Dalgona Coffee

This Korean coffee drink is a delicious twist on a classic cappuccino. Jersey milk gives it an extra creamy flavour. This coffee can be enjoyed hot or cold.


  • 3 tbsp Instant Coffee
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 500ml Greyleys Jersey Milk


  • Put the coffee and sugar with 3 tbsp Boiling Water into a bowl
  • Whisk for 5 minutes with a hand whisk until it forms soft peaks
  • Pour hot or cold milk into 2 cups.
  • Top with the coffee mixture. Stir well to enjoy
