Chocolate Bread and Butter Pudding


  • 1 packet of chocolate brioche rolls, or plain brioche rolls spread with chocolate spread, or both!
  • 2 Medium Eggs
  • 500ml Greyleys Jersey Milk
  • Any other flavour you fancy eg chopped nuts, banana etc


  • Cut the brioche rolls into smaller pieces and layer in an ovenproof dish
  • Gently warm the milk in a pan
  • Beat the eggs
  • Remove the milk from the heat and mix in the beaten eggs and any additional ingredients
  • Pour over the brioche rolls and leave to stand for at least 1 hr (if possible)
  • Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for around 20 minutes or until the custard is set
  • Enjoy with ice cream or cream
