Ingredients
- 1 packet of chocolate brioche rolls, or plain brioche rolls spread with chocolate spread, or both!
- 2 Medium Eggs
- 500ml Greyleys Jersey Milk
- Any other flavour you fancy eg chopped nuts, banana etc
Method
- Cut the brioche rolls into smaller pieces and layer in an ovenproof dish
- Gently warm the milk in a pan
- Beat the eggs
- Remove the milk from the heat and mix in the beaten eggs and any additional ingredients
- Pour over the brioche rolls and leave to stand for at least 1 hr (if possible)
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for around 20 minutes or until the custard is set
- Enjoy with ice cream or cream
