Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 100g Plain Flour
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 300ml Greyleys Jersey Milk
  • Oil to cook

Method

  • In a large bowl or jug whisk the ingredients to form a smooth batter
  • Heat a little oil in a small none stick frying pan, wipe away any excess oil before you start cooking. Add a ladle of mixture and swirl around the pan. Cook for 1 minute on each side.
  • Enjoy with accompaniments of your choice
