- 100g Plain Flour
- 2 Large Eggs
- 300ml Greyleys Jersey Milk
- Oil to cook
- In a large bowl or jug whisk the ingredients to form a smooth batter
- Heat a little oil in a small none stick frying pan, wipe away any excess oil before you start cooking. Add a ladle of mixture and swirl around the pan. Cook for 1 minute on each side.
